I bought The Sims 4 and when i try starting the game i get this error code. I’ve tried using CCleaner and uninstalling origin and nothing worked

I use McAfee Livesafe i tried those solutions and it still won't work

Could you try if the all in run/reinstalling VC++ helps you ?
