INSTALLATION: PRODUCT KEY ALREADY USED

I purchased the sims 4 for the first time and I tried to install it on my windows 7, but after keying my product code on the origin I received an error message that the product code was already used! I already spent my money and bought the game but I can't even install it?! Please help to resolve this asap! I tried reloading my game on origin but nothing works.

Did you enter the key twice? Does the game show up in Origin under the account you used to enter the code the first time? Did you try to log out of Origin and log back in? It is possible your code was spoofed. Where did you get the code? As this is a public forum this issue can not be discussed here. You need to contact EA customer service.
