@DeniKriz  Your computer is using far too much memory just on startup—Windows alone should only need about 2.0 GB.  Still, even what you have left over should be more than enough to run Sims 4.  So either you have two separate issues here, or something else, perhaps an antivirus, is both using too much RAM at startup and using even more when you launch the game.

Anyway, the next step is to clean boot your computer:

When you reboot, check memory use again, and if it's more than, say, 2.5 GB, go through the Task Manager's background processes list ending any task that doesn't belong to Microsoft or Intel.  If you accidentally kill the wrong service and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer.  When RAM use is lower than 2.5 GB, launch the game again and let me know what happens.  By the way, check memory use with Origin open but before you try to play, just in case Origin itself is the issue.  If it is, put Origin in offline mode and see whether it helps.

If you get the same error and Origin is not the problem, please try playing with your antivirus disabled.  As long as you don't do anything other than launch Sims 4, your computer should be safe.  I'm not suggesting you go without any antivirus at all for longer than it takes to test, just that this is useful information to have.
