Intel Celeron J3060 Processor

Im trying to buy a computer that has a Intel Celeron J3060 Processor and I want to know if I can play the sims 4 on this intel processor..

    IMHO, that is too weak to play the game. 

    Are you looking to buy a desktop or laptop computer ?
