Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I haven't been able to launch my Sims 4 game at all since buying the Enchanted pack. Every time I click to start it pops up with a black screen stating Invalid License to launch game. Why is this happening? It's never happened before. I've tried all the fixes and reported it to EA app but have still got no resolutions to fix the problem. All my other Sims games are fine and still running. What is going on EA? Sims Team? Someone help!
