Hello! Some games on my account, namely: Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight, Command & Conquer Red Alert, Dead Space 2, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Need for Speed Most Wanted, eed for Speed Undercower, do not download, indicating that they do not belong to me. Please help me figure out what is going on. Thank you.
I have the same issue for a month nobody is helping...
I've had this issue since EA App replaced Origin. Tried everything, but people have been suffering for years with it. EA say to close and restart the app and that normally restores your purchases, but doesn't always work. I've also cleared my cache and reinstalled the app - no joy. It's a lottery as to which of my games is recognised.
Without doubt, it's the flakiest launcher I've ever used. I would be very happy if they could fix it. Permanently.
Never buying games from their store again. NEVER
This is terrible. You can lose access to all your games. I tried to write a support ticket, but it just won't be created. I have also had such problems for a long time, but I thought they were temporary and could be easily solved. Thanks for the answers, I didn't think it was such a serious problem. And that EA doesn't care about us. I will never buy games from their store again. NEVER.
