Invalid license, missing d3d9.dll, error 0x7e

I installed a reshade into my sims 4 Game Bin and decided to uninstall it so I removed the reshade folder and the DLLs, but now when I attempt to start my game it keeps giving me this error.  I repa...

    Actually I just downloaded a d3d9.dll file from a sim Tumblr page that made sweetFX files! Thanks for the help though.
