Is this Gaming PC good for sims 3 and sims 4

@afay2171  Both of these desktops are massive overkill for Sims 3 and 4.  Because of their processors, both will need a workaround in order to get Sims 3 running:

But if you use the patch in the accepted solution, that's a one-time fix.  This is an issue on all higher-end Intel processors from the 12th generation on, so the only way to avoid it on a gaming system is to get an AMD CPU.  But you don't need to do that just for this one issue; the patch works great for almost everyone, and there are other workarounds for those who can't get the patch to run.

Pretty much all current monitors are compatible with pretty much all desktop computers.  The only important points are what types of connections they support, for example current Nvidia graphics cards all have DisplayPort and HDMI ports.  So you can choose any standard monitor, which will almost certainly have one of these ports if not both.

Between the two monitors you listed, the first is better than the second because it has an IPS panel rather than VA.  IPS is the highest quality in terms of color and viewing angles.  Having said that, neither monitor is great: they're a bit dim at 250 nits, and a 1920x1080 resolution is fine but not great for your use case.  Either computer could easily run Sims 3 and 4 at a 2560x1440 resolution at 144 frames per second, other than when the games themselves have slowdowns, and both games will look better at this higher resolution and fps.  So I'd strongly suggest upgrading the monitor, since you're going to be staring at it a lot.
