Issues seeing into Sims 4 City Living Apartment

I have an issue were when playing TS4 City Living, I am unable to see the objects within my Sims apartment unless in Build Mode. My Sim also won't go into the apartment. I've tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, and repairing the game, but the issue wasn't resolved. I've attached some photos to show what it looks like and if anyone has any suggestions on what to do.

    Could you try moving your Sim out of the house and back in. If you're afraid to lose the furniture setting, make sure to save that to your library.

    To add to that, you don't have to clean your Origin cache, as Origin isn't an issue in this case.

    I don't have any MOD's or CC in the game. It's only on the 21 Chic Street apartments and the Hakim House apartments.

    try to clear origin cache 

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type folder, and then select Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
    2. Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select OK.
    3. C:\ProgramData\Origin — Everything except for the following sub directory: DO NOT DELETE: C:\ProgramData\Origin\LocalContent
    4. Origin folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\
    5. Origin folder in C:\Users\ <username> \AppData\Roaming\

    I'll try to do that when I get off work tonight. I've tried moving them out and back in and it still does it but it's only for 21 Chic Street and the Hakim House.
