It doesnt show my purchased packs
Yesterday i updated my EA app so i could play the sims, once the update finished i went to play and all of the packs that i bought did not show. they showed in the download manager but it didnt show ...

@ash080608 Did you clear the EA App's cache? Like this:

If not, please do so now, and repair (again) afterwards.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please let me know whether you own any content in Steam and whether you have the CAS Demo installed. Please also list at least a few packs that are missing.
- @puzzlezaddict Yes, i have cleared the cache and that did not work.
I do not own any content in steam and i don't have CAS demo instaled, i had quite a few packs but some of the pack that i had were Cottage living, parent hood, city living, snowy escape, island living, cats and dogs, and a couple others.@ash080608 Please run a search for the data from the missing packs: I'd like to see whether they're installed in the wrong location. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP03 in the search field in the upper-right corner. When the scan finishes, make sure the full file paths show under each item; if not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Then use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and attach the screenshot to a reply here.
Repeat the process for EP07 , which is Island Escape. EP03 is City Living.
