I had the normal sims game till i tried getting on today and it says i need legacy edition because my computer no longer meets the requirements. I get onto legacy addition and university and eco lifestye are missing. Ive bought every pack so i don't know why they arent showing on this version of the game? Please help

If you have Avast or AVG antivirus program add the game to exclusions in it or turn it off.
There is an option that one of these programs blocked the installation folder while updating the game and prevented the TS4.exe file from being installed. This file is responsible for starting the game in normal mode.
After disabling the antivirus, fix the game on Origin to complete the missing file.
Unfortunately, to get rid of the Legacy Edition version you have to uninstall the whole game and download it again.
After downloading the game, before you turn it on, make sure that Origin is set to start the game in 64 bits
My game library - right-click on TS4 cover - option Properties / Advanced launch options
Edit:
Legacy Edition users cannot use any packs that were released after last year's November update. This is why you don't have these packs in the game.
Have a look here maybe cleaning Origin cache will be enough. But still, you will need to reinstall the game to get rid of Legacy Edition
