@bbjerka Your screenshot shows the game's program files, which hold the game itself; not the user folder with saves, saved households and builds, mods, etc. The user folder is the one in Documents > Electronic Arts, and you'll need to use a symbolic link to move it to your external drive, as described here:
Be sure to choose a different folder than the one in your screenshot for the destination. If you get an error when running the command, try using the full file path to the Sims 4 folder, for example something like this:
C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
rather than %userprofile%\Documents etc.
i'm sorry but i have no idea how to do the step, is there another solution

@bbjerka No, this is the proper way to create a symbolic link. But if you want more specific instructions, I can help with that. Please post the full file path to the folder Sims 4 is reading, as seen in-game. Here's how to find it:

Please also post the full file path to the folder you want to use on the external drive. This is not the one in your previous screenshot, which contains the game's program files; I mean a separate folder for the user data. Or if you don't care what that folder is called, just say so and I'll include that in the instructions.
