Key Not Valid For Use In Specified State

Hi okay, I'm coming here because it's with an EA game and I don't know what to do anymore. BAH

So I downloaded Sims 4 and there was no issue, then whilst trying to install it, it gave me the VCC error message. So I followed instructions I found here. I downloaded the parts I needed and tried installing the 64 version. When I did that it got halfway through before telling me that the key was not valid for use in specified state. 

I don't even know what that means let alone how to fix it. Someone....anyone....help?
