Kits purchased from Marketplace don't appear on EA app

I am a PC player. I owned The Sims 4 Country Kitchen kit for free on Marketplace. Then, I bought 1500 Moolas to purchase three more kits with a 20% discount: Restoration Workshop kit, Kitchen Clutter kit and Golden Years kit. The last 3 kits I purchased for 400 Moolas each one, so I have 300 Moolas left.

Those 4 kits appear on my game, but the don't on my EA account DLCs catalog. What would happen if I delete or lose accidentally my current savefile? Would I lose those 4 kits forever?

Please, fix this problem, I really need them to appear on my DLCs catalog.

    if you bought them through the marketplace, you can install them there. Seems kits bought on the marketplace don't show up in EA app.

    You should be able to see them through Marketplace > My Collection.

    Anything you purchase through the marketplace is tied to your account, roughly in the same way the event rewards are tied to a players account. So if you got a new PC and had to install your game on that for example, anything you got from the marketplace will be still there. You just have to install marketplace purchases directly in the game itself through the marketplace manager.
