@Axoodles Since you solved this by moving out and back in for the moment, I think I'll move this to tech for further troubleshooting.

- there was another thread with someone saying only sliding doors work for them generally (which your house has).

I did try it with the original crate doors, the wooden doors from Cats and Dogs and another set I can't remember but who honestly knows lol

Would you say it's the same issue ? It sounds similar but I never had the neighbour tag above Knox 's head. It could be the same but I'm not totally sure.
