Language problem with the sims 4

Hello Simmers !
So, currently I am spending my holiday vacation in the Netherlands . Since I can't buy the sims 4 in my country I thought that it might be a good idea to buy it from a local video game store.
The problem is that I have only found the Dutch version of the game.( I don't speak dutch) . I would like to know if after buying the game, I can select a language ( english or french) .
I have noticed that at the back of the game box, there is a Dutch flag, which made me think that maybe the game is only in Dutch. I've asked the store clerk but they don't know either.
I would really appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on the subject.

    I bought my disk online on a Dutch website.

    You can risk it, I'm about 90% sure, or keep the packaging closed and return it and by the game directly on Origin.

    Only difference would be he box with the CD. 

    The posts you're referring to, are those about the Dutch game?

    I know the Russian version and the Asian versions have unsupported languages. 

    But the Dutch, you've probably already experienced it, are good at English. 

    So to me it would be really weird to not have the English language on a Dutch game.

    I am Dutch and I have the game in Dutch. But it's normal in The Netherlands that the games come in English too.

    You could check if you see 'Engels' somewhere on the box. Or feel free to post a picture of the back of the box, as I can read it for you.

    Did you buy yours in the Netherlands? ( I went to intertoys, in Middeleburg) If so, are you 100% sure I can select  the english language before installing the game? 
    I've read some posts where people only have one language in the sims and I'm worried to buy the game and find everything in Dutch 😛
    by the way, the Netherands is a beautiful country <3

    The posts I'm referring to are indeed about Russian and Asian versions.
    You're right, Dutch people speak English very well. I think I'm going to buy it. Tomorrow maybe and I'll give you a feedback.
    I'm enjoying my stay very much haha. The people are nice, food is great and landscapes are amazing !

    That's a good question, I think the version you have is English already, and suspect the ones in Amsterdam will be the same.
