@jimblejamm Any laptop with an i5-1135G7 is going to have about the same performance, within a few percentage points, as all the others. So when you're choosing among those options, the important factors, other than price, are really just the details that matter to you personally. For example, you might need a longer battery life or a lightweight laptop and be willing to pay more for that. The Asus Vivobook line isn't particularly light and doesn't have a great battery, so there's not much reason to spend extra money for it.
Between the two HPs, the only meaningful difference is that the one from Best Buy has a touchscreen. That can be nice to have in certain situations, but don't plan to use it for Sims 4—the game's touchscreen support isn't good at all. If you don't care about having a touchscreen, then there's no reason to spend the extra $130.
If you want some other suggestions, here are a few. I'm not saying they're better, only that you have more good choices as well if the HP happens to be less than exactly what you're looking for.

The processor in the first Dell is roughly equivalent to the i5-1135G7, but if you'd prefer to stick with Intel over AMD, that's reasonable too.
