Laptop Mode Problems

I play the Sims 4 in my laptop and I have CC hair. When I take off my Laptop Mode option off my games starts to run slowly, but if I turn it on my CC hair gets really messed up. What do I do?

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    + could you also post a picture how it looks ? There's many people having issues with cc hair, especially on lower-end computers. Since CC is not officially supported by EA, you would most probably need to post at the creators pages. Specs would be helpful to determine that though. 

    Also, laptop mode adjust the game to run better on laptops so it's possible that high-poly hair (or badly done ones) look good on it.
