I want to a laptop to run the sims 4 but I have all expansions packs, some stuff packs, cc and mods and was think about this laptop:

It is always best to post links to a computer you want input on so we can find the full specs. The name doesn't help much as they often come in many different versions.
From the specs you posted I see that it has integrated graphics which means that it will use about half of your system RAM. This mean that you end up with too little RAM. Always look for at least 8GB RAM. Also the CPU is poor for gaming. Look for an I5 or better or AMD Ryzen.

@dyedye15 The AMD A series do not have dedicated video memory and may not run this game correctly. To avoid issues I recommend getting a computer with a dedicated video chip.
