Last Exceptions
When I was playing sims it loaded once but when I tried to load it again the screen would turn white and a last exception came up. When I clicked on it I don’t know what’s it’s about.
Did you repair via Origin or update your game again?
You may dislike this option but you can try to reinstall your game.
Step 1: Take your The Sims 4 folder out of the Electronic Arts folder and put it on your desktop. Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
Step 2: Go to Origin and go to The Sims 4 then click uninstall. Wait for the uninstallation to complete then click Install.
Step 3: Test your game, if it still is broken you need a better Graphics Card.
Step 4: If it works exit the game and put your old save folder back.
Step 5: Enjoy!
@jamayiab1 You don't need to uninstall and reinstall Sims 4, at least not yet. Please disable Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
If that doesn't work, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you have the same issue. Let me know either way.
If you still get a white screen, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@jamayiab1 Please attach the dxdiag to a reply here, so I can see it.
