Last Exceptions
When I was playing sims it loaded once but when I tried to load it again the screen would turn white and a last exception came up. When I clicked on it I don’t know what’s it’s about.

@puzzlezaddict I did a dxdiag before I have a case but it still didn’t work

This is what I have
@jamayiab1 Please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files. Here's how:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Did you try the two suggestions I listed before? Disabling Origin in-game can help, and so can a clean Sims 4 folder. They're also much easier steps than other kinds of troubleshooting.
By the way, your laptop does not support adding a graphics card.
