How can I get ahold of EA games? I called their number and it said I had to go online and report the problem I was having, and when I did it brought me here. I updated my game last night and every time I click on the play button in the Origin library it loads for a few seconds and the button turns faded a bit, then goes back to orange. It won't even launch.

Your specs are not the greatest but it should run. Did you have issues before ? If you open the task manager while you start the game, what processes are running ?
