@Revilodado I apologize for the late-ish reply; it looks like your thread was only moved to this forum today. At any rate, the initialization error is typically caused by an antivirus blocking Sims 4 from opening. So please set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or the entire Bin folder they're in. Set one for EADesktop.exe as well. You may need to clear the EA App's cache and repair again afterwards.

The strange symbols in GameVersion.txt is an issue with Windows 11 that has nothing to do with this problem.
If you do decide to buy more packs, it will be difficult to get a refund but not impossible if your game still doesn't open. You may want to wait for the usual Black Friday sale instead.
Thank you for the respons and how exactly do I do that? My anti virus seems fine and doesnt indicate any contradictions for now though fyi. But i would still love to try it

@Revilodado How exactly you set exceptions varies from one antivirus to another, but it's possible in all programs. Here's an example:

If that doesn't help, look up the documentation for your particular AV; most of them have online guides for this sort of thing.

@Revilodado Try the other suggestions in the first post of this thread, which is for a different but related error:
