@Ecmsvjhe2 Your saves should be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 Legacy Edition > saves. When playing the standard version (not the LE), saves are located in ...The Sims 4 > saves, so you could just copy them from the LE folder to the regular one. I'd suggest making a backup copy of your saves before doing anything else though. You never know when you might need it, and it's always good to have a backup when troubleshooting anything.
For your missing packs, do they show as owned in your game library? If not, are you sure you're in the correct account? Because the Sims 4 base game is free now, you could have signed into a different account, or created a new one, and added the base game. But your packs wouldn't show up because this other account doesn't own them.
Even if you think you're in the correct account, please search the inboxes of this and any other email address you have access to for receipts or other Sims-related email from EA. If you find that a different address received those receipts, use that address when signing into the EA App or Origin.

Hi. Regarding my account, I only have one. I made it when i first bought the game. When i started playing again this year, I just made a new password, since I couldn't remember the one i did in 2018.
For my packs, yes. They show as owned in my library. When I click them to load the game, it goes straight to the regular game and they don't show up in game, if that makes sense.
For my game files, my saves folder was actually empty for the Legacy Edition, but i know i didn't delete them. I hardly go into my saves folder and i didn't delete saves in game even when i stopped playing on those saves. I did what you suggested and copied my saves from my Sims 4 file to the Sims 4 Legacy Edition, will see if that does anything. I also tried selecting my game to run as the Sims 4 32 bit Legacy Edition, but that does nothing.
At this point, i do not care about my saves, since i have never played that seriously. I just only care about my packs and kits coming back.

@Ecmsvjhe2 Have you confirmed that none of the content from any of your packs or kits is loading in-game? The easiest way is to start a new save and see how many worlds are available to load. The base game comes with three, and most expansions and some game packs add an additional one.
If you're using the EA App right now, please do reinstall Origin:
And clear Origin's cache and repair the game there, then see whether your packs show up. It can also help to launch Sims 4 a couple times: Origin may auto-download your packs.
If this doesn't help, please go into the game's install location, which should be one of these:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
Let me know which EP, GP, and SP folders you see, or just post a screenshot. Each installed pack should have a folder here. Ignore the contents of Delta; this contains patch data and is independent of installed packs.
And just checking, but did you buy any content on Steam? If so, that would explain the issue all by itself, or at least the issue of the packs not showing up.
By the way, I don't know how long you were running the Legacy Edition, but maybe not for that long: none of the kits you bought would have loaded in the LE, which doesn't recognize anything released after October 2019.
