did you try deleting your options.ini and config lot files ? (or move to desktop ? You will need to redo your settings afterwards.
Drivers are up to date. if this is a fix some details on how to do it step by step would be appreciated

You can attach the txt file to your post directly.I tried all your suggestions...the last patch (Nov 7,2017 to prepare for Cats and Dogs) from EA broke the lighting settings. I cant turn it up past the low setting without making some objects in the game become transparent with weird trace lines in the objects. This means I cannot see the sun and shadows it casts on the low setting. This is taking away some of the beauty of this game. Before the patch I was able to run this game with all settings at their maximum settings. Please report this, or forward this, to the proper EA technicians so they can fix this lighting issue with another patch. Thank you.
