llama icon

Help! today i went on sims and realised windenburg lots were replaced with these funny little llama icons it didnt bother me but then i clicked on the lot and my game crashed and it keeps crashing i have tried repairing it, removing broken mods and removing my sims 4 folder and nothing seems to be working please help.
