Load Game option missing

Hi All!

I am not a regular player on my Sims anymore, however, every now and then I come on and play for a good few hours. I have come to load my game up today (after it completing an auto-update, massive mistake and now turned this option off) and I do not have the "load game" option.

I have tried so many suggestions found on here - Moved my save file, the game created a new one, copied files over and it didn't work. Moved the whole Sims 4 folder, the game created a new one, copied my saves and still not there.

I have a feeling my save files are corrupt, they are greyed out and show a greyed out X on the file as well. I've never had this issue before and was really looking forward to picking up on my game where I last finished as I worked really hard on it!

Any suggestions/advice would be amazing!

(sorry for the weird colour in the photos, I have night light on my screens)

@TarynnH  In case you're wondering how that might have happened, the extra part of the name is probably from OneDrive syncing your files.  When it tries to upload two distinct files with the same name, such as when you have two saves with the same name but from different points in time, it will rename one of them, usually with a suffix that indicates which computer it came from.
