Lost All Game Progress Sims 4
@elliemisson There's no official way within the EA App to change back and forth between the standard version of Sims 4 and the Legacy Edition. So you'll need to reinstall Origin:
Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and choose 64-bit from the dropdown menu. Then confirm you're running the standard version: open the Task Manager and you'll see 64-bit or 32-bit next to the Sims 4 entry. Make sure you're in detailed mode.
If you can't run the 64-bit version of Sims 4, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you're running the game in 64-bit but your saves are still missing, please let me know whether OneDrive is running (even if you don't use it) and how full it is.
