Lost data in the sims 4..Please help me..!

I bought "get to work" of The Sims 4, then update the sims 4 and download. Then, I have lost all my game data after finished update. I opened the game many times, the game is also no data of my fam...

Could you check in: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves if there are still files?

    I haven't the EA files, because I use Origin to play The Sims 4. However, there are no "saves" file in the sims 4 4 folder, has "data" file.

      Are you sure you are in the right folder?

        I have this "the sims 4" folder only, I think I am in a right folder.
