Could you check in: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves if there are still files?

10 years agoI haven't the EA files, because I use Origin to play The Sims 4. However, there are no "saves" file in the sims 4 4 folder, has "data" file.

Are you sure you are in the right folder?

In that folder, when you open it, there should be a "saves" folder inside, open that and look for files that say something like "Slot_00000001.save" and the like.
These should be your save files.
If all else fails, try doing a search on your computer for that file I mentioned, it's possible it may have been moved.
Out of curiosity, have you recently upgraded Windows? One issue I've run into with it is that it's been moving folders previously that were in Documents into the windows.old folder.- B
