Lost my old account reedeem code already been used

I've bought myself a new laptop and forgotten my email and password . I tried making a new account on origin but its telling me the redeem code is already been used I haven't played this game for couple of months .. But there must be a way of me being able to use this code. Is there anything I can do if I need to pay for another game I just wouldn't bother with buying the pc games again .i have every the sims game and its such a shame that I cannot play .. please I need help
