luxury party stuff pack

i downloaded and bought the luxury party stuff pack and used it for a few days and everything was fine. then i opened my sim family and it said the pack wasn't downloaded and the furniture and clothes that come with the pack are gone. please help i paid for this

    Have you tried redownloading and installing it or does origin recognize that it's already installed?
