[MAC] bought sims 4 on origin wont install

Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on "More Info" depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

- Are you running any antivirus?
- Do you have Time Machine/Spotify/Dropbox or similar running?

I do have dropbox but it was not running at the time of download.

No Time machine or Spotify

The Sims 4 needs to run on OS X 10.7.5 (Lion) or higher. You have to update OS X in order to play the game correctly.

EDIT: you also need, at least, 4 GB of RAM to play The Sims 4. Here you have the minimum system specs for OS X:
