[MAC] Sims 4 glitches menu gameplay

Hello in my option menu > game option > i can't access to the gameplay menu  and plus, i can't do the resize object with Shift + ^ ( and i tried everything on internet to find why) thank you

Navigate to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and drag the Options.ini file out onto your desktop. That will reset your game settings. Does it work now?

As for resizing objects, use the [ and ] keys. You may need to bring up the cheat menu and enter testingcheats true first.
