After the initial load up that shows sims4 etc, and the screen pops up to select play, build etc, my screen on my mac laptop loads small. I have tried the ^command F for full screen and nothing happens. See screen shot below. By the way, the spy glass symbol doesn't let me choose play even if I wanted to play small. I can not get the screen shot to paste here??
Have you tried going into the game options and changing the graphics options? I rarely use keyboard short cuts personally. Some MacBooks have been having keyboard issues recognizing these short cut commands. Next time you launch the game, click on the "..." in the upper right hand corner. This should bring up the game options to allow you to choose Fullscreen or Window mode, resolution and if you want the settings on High, Medium or Low.
