Manually Update the Sims 4

I have a Windows 10 computer which cannot go on the internet, but I want to update the Sims 4. I was wondering if it's possible to download the latest patch by itself and moving it to the internet-less computer so I can install it manually.

@katthekonqueror No, sorry, that's not how patching works, at least not for Sims 4. If you want to update the game, you'll have to find at least temporary internet access.
