Married sims will not sleep/woohoo in the same bed

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? the most recent version as of today
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs other then eco living, vampires, jungle adventure, parenthood, outdoor retreat, realm of magic, strangerville, kids room stuff, romantic garden, tiny living and toddler stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just get a married couple or bf/gf try to sleep/woohoo in a bed
What happens when the bug occurs? My married couple will not sleep/woohoo in the same bed.
What do you expect to see? I just want my sims to be able to sleep in the same bed like a normal couple.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have reset the sims, bed and even went into create a sim downloaded the sims into the gallery and redownloaded deleted one of the old and one of the new and made them married through that means and it still did not help or change anything. They are still not able to use the bed together. The bed is assigned to the both of them as well.
