@simtown15 Tested this and have no issues getting hits for romance.

@crinrict I tried removing all of my mods, but the problem persisted.
Update: One mean interaction DOES lower the romance bar: criticize woohoo technique. (Oh, and divorce, of course, sets it to -100.)
