LadyRuby2589 Your dxdiag is full of crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them. This should be addressed regardless of whether Sims 4 is triggering the crashes. So I'd suggest doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:
Use the newest Intel and Nvidia drivers Asus provides for your laptop. You can always update the Nvidia driver later if necessary, but the version from Asus is new enough to work with Sims 4.
In case you're bounced to a more generic page, you're looking for model FX608JMR.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
