Miscellaneous Skins

My Sims 4 game just updated and I have all the updated skin tones that came with it...except the miscellaneous ones...they aren't showing up at all...did I do something wrong or is the game glitched?...

I'm having the same issue with the skins from the Batuu pack now showing up, ie the green and red and blue. Also all my custom skin tones are gone :l
