Nifty knitting, tiny living, moschino, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, fitness, bowling night, vintage glamour, backyard, kids room, romantic garden, movie hangout, spooky, cool kitchen, perfect patio, luxery party. Holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps update the game or fix corrupted or broken files?
What happens when the bug occurs? All of my households that I created prior to having the cottage living pack are gone and not loading. When I click on the sims icon in manage household it says they are no longer there, and I can't even play them in live mode, also the fences aren't loading right either.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have all my content and progress back like it never was damaged in the first place. Fences should work, and my sims should appear like normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hello, yesterday I got onto sims and it was working perfectly but then I installed and loaded the cottage pack after that all of my households that I created prior to having the pack were gone and not loading. When I click on the sims icon in manage household it says they are no longer there, and I can't even play them in live mode. I would really hate to lose all of my progress 😩 and the fences aren't loading right either.
I have contacted 5 EA helpers already, and nothing has been resolved. I've deleted all the bad or broken mods and even disabled script and cc mods, removed origin cache, backed up and restored all sims 4 files as instructed, repaired the game several time and restarted my computer to no avail. Please help!
