Missing Game Controls
Downloaded SIMS recently onto a new computer. But when I open the game to play I'm missing the controls on the game screen. I've attached a screenshot of what i'm experiencing. Went through live chat with EA and did all the tips she gave me but they haven't made any difference. Anyone experienced this before?
@pugicornlover That kind of issue is usually caused by an outdated UI Cheats mod, or sometimes another mod that affects the user interface. Try removing UI Cheats, if you have it, and delete localthumbcache.package as well. If that doesn't help, move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.
