Missing Pack

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons (not showing up), City Living, Cats and Dogs, Get Famous, Tiny Living, Dream Home Decorator Pastel, Clutter, Laundry Day, Blooming Rooms, Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In game there is no seasons pack items or worlds.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no pack in game despite being bought.
What do you expect to see? The pack I bought.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I bought the seasons pack the other day and it still is not showing up in game. Money has left the account it was paid with and I got a receipt sent to my email. On the game, it says we already we have the pack but it does not show up when actually playing.

    @xlissyy   Are you using the EA app? If you are still using Origin you need to download the EA app. EA has stripped pc support from Origin. As the EA app does not work under IOS it is still required for mac users.

  • @xlissyy  First of all, if you're using Origin, please do NOT install the EA App, at least not yet.  This problem is easier to fix in Origin than in the App.

    Having said that, this problem is also much more common in the App, so you may be using it already.  Either way, please clear the cache for the app you're using:

    Restart your computer and repair the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair.  Then try to download Seasons again: in Origin, click the Sims 4 icon, then More > Expansion Packs, find Seasons on the list; in the EA App, click the Sims 4 icon, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, find Seasons, and click Download.
