Missing random items from DLC packs

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansions, game packs, stuff packs, and all but about four kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run game from Steam and open a lot, including one I made myself this week with no cc. Receive a pop-up about missing content I don't own. Check in EA app and see notice about games removed for unlisted reason-- High School Years and
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a pop-up about missing items that I do not own or have installed. At first it was apparently just from High School Years, then Growing Together, but now it has happened on a lot that was literally fine yesterday with no reason.
What do you expect to see? No pop-up for missing items from DLC content that I own.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I run my game through Steam, which is where I bought almost all of the DLC, so I didn't even see the "games removed for unlisted reason" note until a few months back, when I opened a lot with DLC from Growing Together and and first saw the pop-up. It was irritating, but I have yet to find a fix and just replaced things. Now it's gone too far. I have been building a house from scratch without any custom content- and today I got the same pop-up. No new message in the app, but suddenly content I used this week is missing.

I have tried: clearing the cache and repairing the installation in Steam, removing all mods- having them or removing them makes no difference, completely uninstalling TS4 and the EA app, then going into my Steam folder and removing every trace from there before running cleanups on my pc. I've done this multiple times. I've reinstalled it via EA, reinstalled it via Steam, reinstalled it via Steam without the High School and Growing Together packs, reset my firewall-- all to no avail. I paid for the content and would love to have this resolved. I fear more will disappear and that doesn't exactly make me want to continue investing my hard-earned money and time in the game.

    @TheCreide  To be clear, did you buy these two packs from EA or from Steam?  And the packs aren't loading at all, right?  It sounds like that's the case, but I want to confirm because of the title you chose for this thread.

    If you bought the packs from EA, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, find the two purchases, and post screenshots.  Be sure to black out any personal information.

    Thanks for the response. Sorry if I was unclear. I bought the packs from Steam. The packs themselves do show up in the EA app and in my game- but some of the build/buy items from them are missing.

    @TheCreide  Can you tell which items are missing?  Filtering by pack may help; there are a lot of online guides listing every BB item in each pack.  I'm curious whether there's a pattern to which items show up and which don't.  Please also let me know whether you see what appears to be a blank or broken item listed in Build or Buy mode where your missing item would normally show up.

    I spent some time going through things and found out what I was missing from GT: the wall speaker, a1-tile dining table I am pretty sure is a Kindermade one, and possibly one of the toddler facial skin details. I wasn't able to find out what is missing from HSY, but didn't have a list of locked CAS or debug items, so it could be something from there.

    @TheCreide  Just to confirm, these items are no longer loading at all in-game, even in the Build/Buy catalog?  And you're talking about the Cafe Wall Speaker (§120)?  I see three one-tile dining tables: Poolside Dining Table (§200), Medieval Glory (§255), Brunch With Vetta (§275), and Private Pub Table (§310).  It would be very strange for these items to disappear while everything else is present.

    Ah, I forgot that there are two packs with the same initials. The missing items are from Growing Together and I'm not sure of their names. They're circled in the attached pictures. This is beyond strange and believe me, I have spent hours looking for anyone with the same issue. The packs themselves are definitely there. But I go to a lot saved to my library that I've used in the past, for example, it shows that I have the packs, but also gives me the little green icon at the top left corner saying that it has EA content that I don't own. Since there's no rhyme or reason to what is happening, I'm hesitant to play my ongoing saves since I've invested so much time in them.

    @TheCreide  The speaker is called Venue Wall Speaker: Soul and is only available on community lots, under Objects by Function > Bar Items.  It doesn't show under Electronics.  The table is called Games are Groovy! by Kindermade, and it's an activity table, not a dining table.  It's found under Objects by Function > Activities and Skills > Recreation.

    For the wall speaker, did you potentially use a mod to allow community lot items to be placed on residential lots too?  I'd be a bit surprised to see it disappear after the fact if you'd already placed it, but then I don't have any experience with this sort of mod in Sims 4.
