Missing world in Sims 4

I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I made a household with all my friends and me, and we also expanded over New crest and made a big town. We had four households saved in that world. Today I went back into the game and Its all gone. It's not in recovered saves and all the loaded/saved households aren't in the world. We worked really hard on this world and the households inside it and we would like to get it back. My pc also took a while loading because it was cleaning a system card and it had a lot of "orphaned files_uhuiqhquih" maybe that had something to do with it? But we just really need it back. We also think it's very weird that it just vanished without even having a past save, I've saved it many times and none of them came up, I saved at least four different households many times and absolutely none of them are there, I think that's really strange.
How is this making it more difficult? We can't get back to our households and our town. And there's nothing we can do.
How can we reproduce this experience? Somehow know a different way to get it back manually? Or any back door that is known of.

I'd love for you to help me get it back. I scrolled through my Sims 4 file and clicked on saves and I think that One of them is the one I'm looking for. But I don't know how to access it during the game. Please answer back soon I really would like my world back. Thank you.
