@brokenbr4straps Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), again if you have already.
If that doesn't help, please delete only the Modern Luxe folder, clear the App's cache again, and reinstall the pack. The folder is SP45 and will be directly inside [install location]\The Sims 4; you don't need to delete the folder inside Delta.
