Mods still showing up after I remove them from mod folder

After the recent update I started having issues related to mods so I removed them all from the mods folder and yet every time I start the game I keep getting the pop up message showing all the previo...

Thanks. I think part of the problem is that after the recent update a lot of creators updated their mods and so I had to find out which one was the one causing me problems.
