MOO Up and Down not working

Ever since the update, I've noticed that the up and down commands for MOO don't work. First I tried the camera configurations. I saw in a different thread that you can delete the VideoCameraStates folder and that should fix the issue, and that a new empty folder would generate when I opened my game. This didn't happen. I still can't move objects up and down. 0 does nothing and 9 just takes me up to the next level of the building. I've tried with numlock on and off. I've tried shift+9, ctrl+9, alt+9, just 9, in both camera settings. I also removed all of my mods and started a fresh, unmodded save file. Still nothing. I've tried finding other players with this problem and have so far had no luck. Anyone know what's going on? I really need MOO to work!
