Most Powerful Desktop PC for Sims 4 w/ Mods, CC, & Expansions?

Oh! I should also mention I have a close friend that builds computers for a living so if it would be better to get certain parts separately and put them together as opposed to going with a company that puts the build together that's totally an option for me!
