- simvasion7 years agoHeroIt looks like the block is raised on a foundation and when you moved it to the left it went flat on the ground. Did you try raising it back up again?
Also the stairs didn’t move, which is why the ground stayed raised. Did you try moving the stairs too?
Seems normal now that terrain can be manipulated. It would be nice if when moving a block the connected stairs also moved and it maintains its raise height and foundation though. - BryonyRae7 years agoHero (Retired)
@justbugreportin I haven't been able to reproduce your issue in my game. When I attempt to move the room, the game simply deletes the stairs if I move the room too far away from them; it does not leave them behind. I tried it in a variety of ways with no luck. Are there any steps you took that are perhaps not included in your post? Would it be possible for you to record a video of your process and post it?
Also, if you haven't already, please take these steps: 1) remove all mods/CC, 2) clear your cache, 3) repair the game via Origin, 4) start a new save, and 5) test the issue in the new save. This rules out corruption, whether from mods/CC or other causes.
